Elevate deviled eggs with creamy avocado and crispy bacon for a delicious twist.
Ingredients:
  • 4 slices bacon, trimmed of fat and cut into small pieces
  • 1 avocado, halved and pitted
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, halved
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 splash lime juice
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
Instructions:
  • Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, mash avocado with a fork until smooth. Stir in bacon, hard-boiled egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, and lime juice.
  • Fill the egg whites with the creamy avocado mixture. Sprinkle red pepper flakes on top for a touch of heat. Refrigerate until you are ready to impress your guests.
