Whip up this zesty avocado dip for the ultimate party snack!
Ingredients:
  • 450g loaf Turkish bread
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 2 avocados, peeled, stones removed
  • 1 small lime, juiced
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • - Preheat oven to 180°C. - Cut each piece of bread into 4 quarters. - Flatten the bread quarters slightly with a rolling pin and cut into short fingers. - Arrange the bread on 2 baking trays and lightly spray with oil. - Bake for 15 minutes or until toasted.
  • Create the dip by mashing the avocados until nearly smooth using a fork. Incorporate lime juice, tomato, garlic, and green onions. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Present the creamy avocado dip alongside crispy Turkish chips.
