Award-winning chocolate chip cookies with a secret twist of instant pudding mix. A beloved classic!
Ingredients:
  • 4.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 cups butter, softened
  • 1.5 cups packed brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 2 (3.4 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine the flour and baking soda in a medium bowl, then set it aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until creamy. Mix in instant pudding until well incorporated. Add eggs and vanilla, stirring until combined.
  • Combine the flour mixture with the butter mixture until fully blended. Gently mix in the chocolate chips and nuts.
  • Scoop cookie dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets using a rounded spoon.
  • Bake in preheated oven in batches until edges turn golden brown, about 10-12 minutes, switching racks halfway.
