Bacon & cheese pizzas

Family fun dinner: Quick bacon & cheese pizzas!
Ingredients:
  • 165.00 ml medium salsa thick 'n chunky
  • 100g bacon rashers, from the deli, chopped
  • 375.00 ml mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 190 g Mediterranean salad
  • 300g pkt Golden Mills bakery stone baked pizza bases
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat your oven to 220C or 200C fan-forced. Line 2 oven trays with baking paper. 2. Put 1 pizza base on each tray. 3. Spread 1/3 cup of salsa on each base. 4. Top with bacon and mozzarella. 5. Bake for 10-15 mins until the bases are crisp and the topping is golden.
  • Toss the salad ingredients together and generously drizzle with the delicious dressing provided. Serve alongside the aromatic pizzas.
