Speedy, satisfying meal with just 6 ingredients!
Ingredients:
  • 4 x 18cm pita breads
  • 275.00 gm tomato pasta sauce
  • 8 rindless shortcut bacon rashers, chopped
  • 80g baby spinach
  • 250.00 ml grated tasty cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C fan-forced, then lay out the pita breads on 2 large, lightly oiled baking trays and generously spread them with pasta sauce.
  • Divide the bacon evenly over each base. Layer with spinach and cheese. Create a 6cm-wide well in the center of each pizza using your fingers. Gently crack 1 egg into each well.
  • Bake the pizzas until the eggs are just set and the bases are crisp, about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
