Elevate your pizza night with delicious Leggo's Pizza Sauce topping.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 150g wholemeal pizza bases
  • 140g pizza sauce
  • 100g brie, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 100g sliced pancetta, torn
  • 125.00 ml basil leaves
  • 40.00 ml flaked almonds
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 80ml olive oil
  • 20g baby rocket leaves
  • Basil sprigs, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper, then place the pizza bases on them. Evenly spread Leggo’s Pizza Sauce on the bases, and layer with brie, onion, and pancetta.
  • Bake until the cheese is slightly melted and the pancetta is crisp, approximately 10-15 minutes.
  • In a food processor, combine basil leaves, almonds, garlic, oil, and half of the rocket. Pulse until mixture is well combined.
  • Drizzle the pizzas generously with flavorful pesto. Top with fragrant basil sprigs and the rest of the peppery rocket leaves.
