Cheesy brie and caramelized onion pull-apart - a crowd-pleasing indulgence!
Ingredients:
  • 500g White Sourdough Vienna loaf
  • 160g relish
  • 100g mozzarella
  • 125g brie, thinly sliced
  • 20.00 ml thyme leaves
  • 1.20 gm sea salt flakes
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200C and prepare your baking tray by lining it with 2 generously sized sheets of foil to wrap around the loaf.
  • Carefully slice the top of the loaf diagonally in a checkerboard pattern using a large serrated knife, ensuring not to cut all the way through.
  • Spread the rich caramelised onion into the cuts, then generously stuff with creamy mozzarella, decadent brie, and fragrant thyme. Gently brush the loaf with oil and finish by delicately sprinkling with sea salt.
  • Wrap the loaf in foil to seal in the goodness. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is perfectly melted. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until deliciously crispy. Serve immediately and enjoy!
