Delicious bacon and egg pizza - perfect for any meal!
Ingredients:
  • 0.66666668653488 cup warm water
  • 1 (.25 ounce) package instant yeast
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 0.5 cup green onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 0.5 cup pizza sauce
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 ounces thinly sliced salami
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine warm water with yeast, salt, sugar, and oregano. Add 1 cup of flour, then gradually mix in the rest. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • While the dough is resting, make the topping. In a large, deep skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until evenly browned. Add green onions and cook for 1 minute. Stir in eggs and cook until they reach a scrambled egg consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Evenly spread the dough on a lightly greased pizza tray. Add pizza sauce, then layer with bacon, eggs, Parmesan cheese, and salami.
  • Bake until the top is golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
