Indulge in a savory breakfast flatbread loaded with scrambled eggs, mushrooms, crispy bacon, sausage, and melted Monterey cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs, or as needed
  • 1.5 tablespoons milk
  • salt and ground pepper to taste
  • 0.25 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 3 slices cooked bacon, cut into pieces
  • 0.5 cup diced tomatoes, or to taste
  • 0.5 cup diced mushrooms, or to taste
  • 1 prepared flatbread
  • 0.25 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Combine eggs and milk in a bowl, then season with salt and pepper before whisking.
  • In a generously oiled large skillet over medium-high heat, pour in the egg mixture. Cook and stir until the eggs are fully set, approximately 5 minutes. Mix in the sausage, bacon, tomatoes, and mushrooms and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 3 minutes.
  • Spread the flavorful scrambled mixture over the flatbread and generously sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack cheese on top.
  • Bake flatbread pizza in the hot oven until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden brown underneath, for 5 to 7 minutes.
