Try a delicious breakfast pizza with scrambled eggs, spicy pepperoni, and zesty pizza sauce for a flavor-packed meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup diced pepperoni (from 6-oz package)
  • 2 medium green onions, sliced (2 tablespoons)
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce (from 8-oz can)
  • 1 1/2 cups finely shredded Italian cheese blend (6 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon sliced fresh basil leaves, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray. Mix Bisquick and hot water in a medium bowl until a soft dough forms. Press dough into the pan, shaping a rim at the edge using Bisquick-dusted fingers.
  • Bake until beautifully golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and pepper until well blended. Fold in pepperoni and onions. In a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Pour in the egg mixture and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until eggs are firm yet still slightly moist.
  • Once the crust is baked, generously spread pizza sauce over it. Evenly distribute the egg mixture on top, sprinkle with cheese, then bake for an additional 3 to 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the pizza is hot. Finish off with a sprinkle of fresh basil.
