Bacon and pineapple pizza

Satisfying bacon and pineapple pizza delights both kids and parents with minimal effort.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 150g pizza bases
  • 82.50 ml tomato pasta or pizza sauce
  • 4 rashers shortcut rindless bacon, roughly chopped
  • 125.00 ml baby spinach leaves
  • 225g can pineapple pieces
  • 250.00 ml pizza cheese, grated
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200C (180C fan-forced) and lightly oil 2 pizza trays. Place pizza bases on the trays, then spread sauce on the pizzas using the back of a spoon if necessary.
  • Create a flavor-packed layer on the pizzas by arranging bacon, spinach leaves, and pineapple pieces. Finish by generously sprinkling cheese over the top. Bake for 15 minutes until the pizzas are perfectly crispy and golden brown.
  • Allow the pizzas to cool for a bit before slicing them into wedges for serving.
