Escape to paradise with this Hawaiian pizza featuring pineapple, bell pepper, cheese, and crispy bacon.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/3 cup very hot water
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 package (6 ounces) sliced Canadian-style bacon, cut into thin strips
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
  • 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, well drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F and generously grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
  • Combine Bisquick and hot water to create a soft dough. Press the dough into a pizza pan using Bisquick-dusted fingers, shaping a 1/2-inch rim by pinching the edges. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Combine the sour cream, onion salt, and eggs, then pour over the crust. Layer on the bacon, cheese, pineapple, and bell pepper. Bake for about 25 minutes until set. Allow it to cool slightly before serving.
