Elevate waffles with pineapple and coconut milk for a tropical brunch delight!
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 cups sifted all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tablespoon white sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup coconut milk
  • 0.75 cup chopped fresh pineapple
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large egg whites, beaten
Instructions:
  • Heat up a waffle iron brushed with a hint of oil.
  • Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl, sifting them together.
  • Combine egg yolk, sour cream, coconut milk, pineapple, and butter in a separate bowl. Mix in the flour mixture until well combined. Gently fold in the egg whites.
  • Transfer the mixture into the preheated waffle iron and cook until perfectly golden brown.
