Delicious Hawaiian pizza scrolls with ham and pineapple.
Ingredients:
  • 300.00 gm self-raising flour
  • 30g butter, chopped
  • 193.13 gm milk
  • 137.50 gm tomato pasta sauce
  • 250.00 ml grated tasty cheese
  • 100g shaved Virginia ham, chopped
  • 225g can pineapple pieces, drained
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200C (180C fan-forced) and line a large tray with non-stick baking paper.
  • Sift flour into a large bowl and mix in butter until combined. Create a well in the center, pour in milk, and mix until dough starts to form. Roll dough into a 35cm x 25cm rectangle on a floured surface. Spread pasta sauce over dough, leaving a 3cm border. Top with cheese, ham, and pineapple.
  • Roll the dough into a log and slice it into 12 pieces. Place on a tray, ensuring the cut sides are facing up with the ends turned inwards to prevent unrolling. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and risen.
