Try these delicious Hawaiian pizza scrolls for a tasty lunch box treat!
Ingredients:
  • 95g pizza sauce
  • 300g self-raising flour
  • 20.00 gm caster sugar
  • 60g butter, chopped
  • 160ml milk
  • 100g sliced ham, shredded
  • 440g can Tropical Slices Pineapple in Juice, drained, chopped
  • 60g pkt Baby Spinach, shredded
  • 165g pizza cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease an 18cm x 28cm slice pan. In a large bowl, combine flour and sugar. Using your fingertips, rub in the butter until the mixture resembles fine crumbs. Add milk and mix with a table knife in a cutting motion until the dough comes together.
  • On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough until smooth, then roll it out into a 30cm x 40cm rectangle. Spread with pizza sauce and top with ham, pineapple, spinach, and cheese.
  • Roll the dough into a log starting from one long edge, then slice into 12 even rounds. Arrange the scrolls in a slice pan, cut-side up. Bake for 30 minutes until golden and cooked through. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
