Lighter pizza for guilt-free indulgence.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 335g 95.5% fat-free thin pizza bases
  • 140g tub pizza sauce
  • 200g light shaved ham
  • 1/4 pineapple, peeled, cut into 2cm pieces
  • 150g button mushrooms, finely sliced
  • 1 tsp dried mixed Italian herbs
  • 250.00 ml grated low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 100g baby spinach, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 250°C. Then, place your pizza bases on 2 baking trays and generously spread them with sauce.
  • Spread the ham, pineapple, mushrooms, and herbs evenly over the bases and top with cheese. Bake for 10 minutes, switching trays halfway through if needed, until the bases are crispy.
  • Slice the pizzas and serve alongside fresh spinach.
