Hawaiian-inspired brunch sandwich with layers of bacon, cheese, and pineapple. A tasty twist on a classic favorite.
Ingredients:
  • 16 slices bacon
  • 8 slices toasted white bread
  • 1 (20 ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained
  • 8 slices Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • In a large, deep skillet, crisp up the bacon over medium high heat until perfectly browned. Remove and set aside after draining.
  • Spread out 8 slices of toast on a baking sheet. Top each slice with a slice of pineapple, two slices of bacon, and a slice of cheese. Broil until the cheese is perfectly melted. Serve hot and enjoy!
