Indulgent ham and turkey sliders on sweet Hawaiian rolls, smothered in gooey cheese and tangy honey-mustard sauce, baked to perfection. Irresistible crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients:
  • 24 Hawaiian bread rolls (such as King's®), split
  • 12 thin slices of honey-cured deli ham, halved
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese, halved
  • 12 thin slices deli smoked turkey, halved
  • 12 thin slices provolone cheese, halved
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup dried onion flakes
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey mustard
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) with a rack positioned in the lower half.
  • Lay out the bottom halves of Hawaiian rolls on a baking sheet. Top each roll bottom with a half slice of ham, Swiss cheese, smoked turkey, and provolone cheese. Finish by placing the top halves on each bottom to assemble the sandwiches.
  • Gently melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add sugar, dried onion flakes, poppy seeds, and honey mustard. Stir until smooth and sugar dissolves, approximately 2 minutes. Brush mixture over the tops of each sandwich.
  • Bake sandwiches on the bottom rack of the preheated oven until tops are golden brown and fillings are hot, approximately 15 minutes.
