Succulent Hawaiian rolls filled with savory ham, Swiss cheese, tangy lingonberry jam, and honey mustard, baked to gooey perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 4 Hawaiian bread rolls, split
  • 4 tablespoons lingonberry jam
  • 4 slices deli ham
  • 4 slices deli Swiss cheese
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 0.25 cup dried onion flakes
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey mustard
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • On the prepared baking sheet, assemble the buns by layering lingonberry jam, ham, and Swiss cheese evenly on the bottom half of each bun. Drizzle melted butter and sprinkle onion flakes, sugar, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, and honey mustard on top. Close the sandwiches with the top halves of the buns.
  • Bake in the hot oven until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden and crisp, for 15 to 20 minutes.
