Irresistible bacon deviled eggs - a creamy and savory party favorite with mayo, cheddar, and a hint of mustard. Guaranteed to disappear quickly!
Ingredients:
  • 12 large eggs
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons finely shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, gently nestle eggs in cold water. Once boiling, remove from heat, cover, and let eggs rest in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • After boiling, transfer the eggs to cold running water to cool quickly.
  • While the eggs are poaching, crisp up the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown and crispy, about 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
  • Carefully remove the shells from the cooled eggs, then slice them in half lengthwise, and delicately scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
  • Combine mayonnaise, bacon, Cheddar, and mustard with the yolks, mash together. Fill egg white halves with the yolk mixture. Serve right away or refrigerate until serving.
