Irresistible bacon-wrapped chicken livers - perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 pound bacon
  • 1 pound fresh chicken livers
  • 4 tablespoons honey
Instructions:
  • Position the oven rack 6 inches below the broiler and preheat the broiler.
  • Halve the bacon slices and wrap them around each chicken liver, securing with toothpicks before placing them on a broiler pan.
  • Cook the bacon and livers under the broiler in the preheated oven for 12 to 16 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the bacon is crisp and the livers are fully cooked. Use an instant-read thermometer to check that the center reaches at least 165°F (74°C).
  • Place the dish alongside a small bowl filled with honey for dipping.
