"Bacon-wrapped pork chops cooked low and slow in a sweet chili pineapple sauce."
Ingredients:
  • 6 (4 ounce) pork chops
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle tomato-based chili sauce
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
Instructions:
  • Preheat the broiler and place the oven rack 6 inches below the heat source.
  • Individually envelop each pork chop in two delicious bacon slices, ensuring they are fully covered, then fasten them with toothpicks. Transfer the wrapped chops onto a broiler pan and broil until beautifully browned, approximately 5 minutes on each side.
  • In a bowl, combine chili sauce, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard. Place browned pork chops in the slow cooker, pour the chili sauce mixture over them, and top with pineapple chunks. Cook on Low for approximately 6 hours until very tender.
