Grilled cabbage steaks with ranch dressing and crispy bacon for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large head green cabbage
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Instructions:
  • Cut the cabbage in half through the core, removing any loose leaves. Slice each half into two 3/4-inch thick steaks.
  • Combine olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix well. Brush one side of each steak with the oil mixture and let it rest for 5 minutes. Flip the steaks over and brush them with the remaining oil.
  • Heat up the outdoor grill until it reaches a medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Grill steaks directly on the grate for 5 minutes on each side, flipping them carefully with tongs.
  • Place the steaks on serving plates, generously drizzle each with 1 tablespoon of tangy ranch dressing, and sprinkle with flavorful crumbled bacon.
