Grilled Chicken and Bacon Ranch Pizza

Irresistible loaded bacon ranch chicken pizza on a crispy, cheesy-garlic crust. Deliciously indulgent!
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
  • 1/2 cup very hot water
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup chopped or cubed rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup chopped, seeded plum (Roma) tomato
  • 1/3 cup real bacon bits (from 3-oz) package
  • 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
Instructions:
  • Preheat grill to medium indirect heat. Spray a large piece of heavy-duty foil generously with cooking spray.
  • For perfect measurement, spoon Bisquick mix into a measuring cup and level it off. In a medium bowl, combine Bisquick mix, garlic powder, and cheese. Add water and stir just until ingredients are moistened. Lightly knead the dough in the bowl 10 times. Place dough on sprayed foil and press it into a 12-inch round starting from the center. Transfer to a large cookie sheet for grilling. Place the crust on the grill with the foil side down and cook covered for 1 to 3 minutes until the bottom is lightly golden brown. Be careful not to overcook. Remove from the grill and place on the cookie sheet.
  • Spread the dressing evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Sprinkle the remaining ingredients evenly on top (avoid making the center too thick). Gently transfer the pizza to the grill with the foil side down. Cook covered for 8 to 10 minutes until the crust is deep golden brown and the cheese is melted. Carefully transfer the pizza to a cookie sheet.
