Ingredients:
  • 4 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 4 thick slices bacon
Instructions:
  • Get the outdoor grill ready by preheating it to medium-high heat and giving the grate a light oiling.
  • Place a hearty sprinkling of 1 teaspoon garlic powder on each tender chicken breast, then generously season with salt and pepper. Adorn each breast with a fragrant rosemary sprig, then elegantly wrap each piece with bacon to secure the rosemary in place - using a toothpick or a thick rosemary stem for added charm and stability.
  • Grill chicken until fully cooked and juices run clear, about 8 minutes per side. Use a thermometer to check for doneness; it should read 165°F (74°C). Watch for flare-ups, then serve after removing toothpicks.
