Bacon-wrapped chicken with sweet glaze; simple and delicious.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 (4 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 (16 ounce) package bacon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and onion powder in a small bowl to create a flavorful spice mix. Pat half of the mixture onto the chicken breasts for a delicious seasoning.
  • Wrap each chicken breast with a generous amount of bacon slices, adjust the quantity based on the size of the breast. Then, transfer the wrapped chicken breasts to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining spice mix over the top.
  • Roast in the oven until the bacon is crispy, the chicken is fully cooked, and the juices run clear, for about 25-30 minutes. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) using an instant-read thermometer.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
