Bacon-wrapped salmon: Moist salmon with crispy skin, thanks to bacon wrapping.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (4 ounce) skin-on salmon fillets
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.5 pound bacon, cut in half
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and generously grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  • Lay the salmon fillets skin-side-down on the baking sheet. Season with garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper. Cover the fillets completely with bacon strips, ensuring they do not overlap.
  • Bake the salmon in a preheated oven until it is no longer translucent in the center, which should take about 20 to 25 minutes. Then, switch the oven to broil and cook until the bacon has crisped, which should only take 1 to 2 minutes.
