Savory herb and garlic seasoned bagel crisps, slow-baked for a satisfying crunch.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18 ounce) package mini bagels, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 0.66666668653488 cup olive oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a cozy 250 degrees Fahrenheit (120 degrees Celsius).
  • Combine oregano, garlic powder, and basil in a small bowl. Pour olive oil into a separate bowl. Brush both sides of bagel slices with olive oil, then lightly pat dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle each bagel piece with oregano mixture and place them on a cooking rack.
  • Bake the bagel chips in the preheated oven until they are golden brown and crispy, which should take about 1 hour. Allow them to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
