Creamy Tuna and Broccoli Casserole with Bagel Chips

Elevate a classic dish with frozen broccoli and a crispy topping of seasoned bagel chips.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups uncooked rotini pasta
  • 3 cups Frozen Broccoli Cuts
  • 1 can (6 oz) albacore tuna in water, drained
  • 1 can (18 oz) Progresso™ Vegetable Classics creamy mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups garlic bagel chips (from 6-oz bag), broken into pieces
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package instructions, adding broccoli 5 minutes before pasta is finished cooking.
  • Add the cooked pasta and broccoli back to the pan, mix in the tuna, soup, and milk, then transfer everything into an ungreased 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with bagel chips and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until the chips are lightly browned and the casserole is hot.
