Baileys® and Coffee Jell-O® Shots

Indulgent Baileys® Irish Cream meets coffee in festive Jell-O® shots, ideal for St. Paddy's Day and beyond!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 (1 ounce) package unflavored gelatin (such as Knox ®)
  • 0.25 cup boiling water
  • 0.25 cup Irish cream liqueur (such as Baileys®)
  • 0.25 cup strong brewed coffee, boiling
Instructions:
  • In a heat-resistant bowl, gently sprinkle 1/2 package of unflavored gelatin and pour boiling water over it. Stir until the gelatin dissolves. Mix in Irish cream liqueur until smooth. Half-fill shot glasses, then chill in the fridge until set, for 2 to 4 hours.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 package of unflavored gelatin into a heat-resistant bowl. Pour boiling coffee over the gelatin and stir until dissolved. Add Irish cream liqueur and mix well. Pour the coffee mixture into the half-filled shot glasses over the previous layer. Chill in the refrigerator until set, for 2 to 4 hours.
