Whiskey cream liqueur cheesecake balls: a tantalizing adult-only party treat that can be made ahead of time.
Ingredients:
  • 500g cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 125g icing sugar
  • 125g dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 80g white chocolate, melted, cooled
  • 125g honey roasted macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
  • 60ml Irish Cream liqueur
  • 125g mixed berries, to serve
  • Assorted biscuits, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine cream cheese and icing sugar in a bowl and beat with electric mixers until light and fluffy. Mix in Baileys and melted white chocolate.
  • Shape the cream cheese mixture into a ball, then chill in the fridge until firm, which usually takes 2-3 hours.
  • Spread the honey roasted macadamia nuts and dark chocolate on a large plate. Use a gentle hand to remove the cheesecake ball from the bowl. Roll it in the nut mixture until fully coated. Chill in the fridge as needed.
  • Top with fresh berries and freshly baked biscuits on the side.
