Indulge in this irresistible iced latte for a delightful pick-me-up that you'll crave all day.
Ingredients:
  • 82.50 ml Red Velvet Cupcake Irish cream liqueur
  • 2 large scoops vanilla ice-cream
  • 257.50 gm milk
  • 250.00 ml espresso coffee, cooled
  • Ice-cubes, to serve
  • 126.25 gm thickened cream, whipped
  • 30.00 ml chocolate sauce
  • Dark and white shaved chocolate, to serve
Instructions:
  • Chill 2 serving glasses in the freezer.
  • Combine Baileys, ice-cream, milk, and coffee in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Fill your glasses to the brim with ice cubes. Gently pour the luscious Baileys mixture over the ice. Carefully top it off with a generous layer of cream. Delicately drizzle the sauce on top and sprinkle with a generous helping of chocolate.
