Cheesy ham and green onion baked egg casserole.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 (1 pound) loaf white bread, cut into cubes
  • 1.5 pounds Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cubed cooked ham
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce, or to taste
  • 0.25 cup chopped green onion
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Start by creating a layer of half of the bread cubes at the base of the baking pan, followed by half of the ham and then half of the cheese. Repeat the layers for a delicious outcome.
  • Combine eggs, milk, salt, hot sauce, and green onions in a large bowl. Then, transfer the flavorful egg mixture to the pan.
  • Preheat oven with a pan on a rimmed baking sheet inside. Fill sheet with water and bake for 60 minutes or until eggs are set.
