Whip up a fluffy oven-baked omelet using sour cream and milk for a crowd-pleasing breakfast or brunch dish!
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 9 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 0.25 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with butter.
  • Combine eggs, sour cream, milk, and salt in a bowl until smooth. Gently fold in green onions and transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until set. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over eggs and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
