Easy and delicious oven-baked omelet, perfect for a hands-off approach. Kid-approved favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan lightly.
  • Combine eggs, milk, flour, salt, and pepper in a blender. Blend until you have a smooth mixture, then pour into the prepared baking pan.
  • Bake in a hot oven until mixture is firm, approximately 20 minutes, then top with cheese.
  • Gently release omelet from pan edges. Roll omelet from the short edge of the pan, then place seam side down on a serving plate. Cut into 6 equal pieces.
