Bake a delicious ham, Cheddar, and mozzarella omelet in the oven for a perfect brunch or breakfast anytime!
Ingredients:
  • 8 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 ounces cooked ham, diced
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 0.5 teaspoon seasoning salt
Instructions:
  • Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
  • Combine eggs and milk in a bowl, whisk until smooth.
  • Add a medley of Cheddar, mozzarella, onion, and seasoned salt into the mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture into the ready baking dish.
  • Place your dish in the heated oven and bake without a cover until it is fully set, which should take around 40 to 45 minutes.
