Bacon, Ham and Cheddar Omelet Bake

Savory baked omelet, perfect for entertaining with timeless flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (6 oz)
  • 1 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced cooked ham
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large ovenproof skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Sauté bell pepper and onion for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until combined. Stir in salt, pepper, and 1 cup of cheese. Add bacon and ham to the pepper and onion mixture in the skillet, spreading evenly. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top.
  • Bake in the oven until just set and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean, for about 32 to 37 minutes. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
