Cheddar Bacon and Ham Casserole

Broccoli, ham, and bacon casserole - a delicious twist on classic comfort food.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (5.1 oz) Betty Crocker™ Cheddar & bacon potatoes
  • 2 1/3 cups boiling water
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 450°F. In an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish, whisk together Sauce Mix, boiling water, milk, and butter. Add Potatoes and remaining ingredients, stirring until combined.
  • Bake without covering for approximately 35 minutes or until the potatoes are easily pierced with a fork. Stir well, then allow the dish to sit for 5 minutes before serving to allow the sauce to thicken.
