Try this delicious oven-baked omelet for a satisfying brunch, ready in one hour!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 18 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 medium green onions, chopped (1/4 cup)
  • Chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F. Place butter in a 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish and melt in the oven until fully liquid. Coat the bottom of the dish by tilting it.
  • Combine eggs, sour cream, milk, and salt in a large bowl using a fork or wire whisk until smooth. Fold in the onions and transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • Bake without a cover for approximately 35 minutes until the eggs are cooked through but still moist. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
