Fluffy baked eggs with melty cheese, perfect for a big brunch. Spiced up with hot sauce and mustard powder for extra flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup butter, melted
  • 24 eggs
  • 1.5 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2.25 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®)
  • 2 teaspoons mustard powder
  • 2 cups milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), then pour melted butter into a 9x13-inch glass baking dish, swirling to evenly coat the bottom.
  • Mix together eggs, Cheddar, seasoned salt, hot sauce, and mustard powder in a large bowl. Gradually stir in milk while continuing to whisk. Transfer the mixture into the baking dish.
  • Place in the oven until perfectly cooked for 15 minutes, stir gently, then bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes until the eggs are fully set. Serve promptly.
