Buffalo chicken and macaroni and cheese collide in this irresistible dish - Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package elbow macaroni
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) bottle Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's®)
  • 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 rotisserie chicken, meat removed and chopped
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup melted butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook elbow macaroni for 8 minutes until al dente. Drain.
  • Combine smooth sour cream and cream cheese in a bowl; mix in evaporated milk. Stir in Buffalo wing sauce and ranch dressing into the cream mixture. Add shredded chicken, macaroni, and 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs and the remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese on top and drizzle with melted butter.
  • Allow the dish to bake in the preheated oven until it's bubbling and golden for a delightful 20 to 30 minutes.
