Cajun-spiced mayonnaise coats tilapia topped with crushed crackers, baked to golden perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 pound tilapia fillets
  • 8 buttery round crackers (such as Ritz®), crushed
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Mix together mayonnaise, cumin, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Lay tilapia in a non-greased glass baking dish, generously coat with the flavorful mayonnaise blend, and sprinkle with crushed crackers for a crispy finish.
  • Bake the fillets in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they flake easily with a fork.
