Cheeseburger stuffed pasta shells coated in gooey cheese for a gourmet spin on a fast food favorite.
Ingredients:
  • 8 oz uncooked jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 jar (16 oz) Cheddar cheese sauce
  • Shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, pickles, chopped onion, as desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and generously coat a 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then allow it to cool for 5 minutes.
  • In a 10-inch skillet, sauté beef over medium heat until cooked through; drain any excess fat. Mix in Worcestershire sauce and seasoned salt, then fold in Cheddar cheese until melted and gooey.
  • Combine tomato sauce, ketchup, and mustard in a small bowl, then spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  • Stuff the beef mixture into shells using a spoon, and place them in the baking dish with the tomato sauce. Pour the cheese sauce over everything.
  • Cover the dish with a shiny foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the rest of the ingredients on top.
