Spicy chicken curry dip with cream cheese, mozzarella, and bold curry spices. Perfectly cheesy, warm, and easy to share with a crowd on game day.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely minced or crushed
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro stems, finely sliced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3 cups roughly chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 6 ounces grated mozzarella cheese, divided
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, tomato paste, lime juice, garlic, cilantro stems, salt, pepper, garam masala, smoked paprika, cumin, coriander, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, and cayenne until well combined using a spatula.
  • Fold together green onions, 4 ounces of mozzarella, and chicken using a spatula until well combined.
  • Place the mixture into a 2-quart baking dish or deep pie pan, ensuring it is spread out evenly. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top and add more cayenne if desired.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until the curry dip is heated through and the cheese on top is beautifully melted.
  • Top with a colorful blend of finely chopped jalapenos, red onions, and fresh cilantro. Serve right away.
