Juicy baked chicken breasts elevated by a perfect blend of sweet peaches, brown sugar, ginger, cloves, and zesty lemon juice.
Ingredients:
  • 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 fresh peaches - peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Arrange chicken in the baking dish, generously dust with 1/2 cup of brown sugar. Top with peach slices and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of brown sugar, ginger, cloves, and lemon juice.
  • Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes, ensuring to baste regularly with the juices until fully cooked and the juices run clear.
