Irresistible baked coconut doughnuts with coconut glaze, ready in just 20 minutes. Perfect for coconut enthusiasts!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F and generously coat mini doughnut pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine all doughnut ingredients in a medium bowl until well mixed. Fill the pan by spooning about 1 tablespoon of batter for each doughnut.
  • Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Transfer the doughnuts from the pan to a cooling rack and let them cool for 5 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon of milk, and 1/2 teaspoon of coconut extract using a whisk until the mixture is smooth. In a separate small bowl, place 1/4 cup of coconut.
  • Immerse the doughnut tops in glaze, followed by dipping in coconut flakes. Serve while warm.
