Creamy Baked Spaghetti: A simple pantry dish ready in an hour, perfect for family comfort dining.
Ingredients:
  • 12 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 pinch garlic salt
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Bring a large pot of water to a gentle boil with a pinch of salt. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown and crumble ground beef in the skillet for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat and mix in spaghetti sauce.
  • After cooking the spaghetti, transfer it to a mixing bowl. Mix in cream cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt until the cream cheese melts and the spaghetti is fully coated. Spread a bit of meat sauce in the baking pan, layer the spaghetti over it, then pour the remaining meat sauce on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses before baking.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes or until bubbly.
