Flaky cod fillets seasoned with garlic and lemon, served on soft buns with steak sauce and ranch dressing - a tasty baked fish sandwich!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound cod fillets
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons steak sauce
  • 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
  • 2 tablespoons Ranch-style salad dressing
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Place the fish fillets in a shallow baking dish and generously season them with garlic. Drizzle the top with fresh lemon juice and top with small pieces of butter for a delicious finish.
  • Cook the dish in the oven until the fish easily flakes with a fork, for about 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Spread the cut-side of the bottom buns with steak sauce, add fish on top, and drizzle with ranch dressing before covering with top buns to serve.
