Baked gnocchi casserole with turkey and marinara - a simple and delicious 5-ingredient weeknight meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package potato gnocchi
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 (28 ounce) jar marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Bring a pot of salted water to a gentle boil. Cook gnocchi until they float, about 2 to 4 minutes.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown and crumble ground turkey in the skillet for about 5 minutes. Be mindful not to overcook, as the meat will continue to brown in the oven. Mix in marinara sauce and remove from heat.
  • Place the cooked gnocchi in a 9-inch square baking dish using a slotted spoon. Cover with meat sauce and sprinkle Cheddar cheese over the top.
  • Place in the oven and bake until the cheese starts to brown, for about 25 to 35 minutes. Enjoy with a side of sour cream.
