Quick and simple baked gnocchi with only 3 ingredients, perfect for solo dining.
Ingredients:
  • 4 ounces shelf-stable gnocchi
  • 0.33333334326744 cup pasta sauce
  • 0.25 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, or to taste
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil a large pot of lightly salted water. Once boiling, add gnocchi and cook until they float to the top, approximately 3 minutes. Drain well.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for that perfect bake.
  • Begin by elegantly spreading half of the savory pasta sauce over the base of a charming 5-inch round casserole dish. Gently layer the delightful gnocchi on top and generously coat with the remaining pasta sauce. Finish by artfully sprinkling a generous amount of delectable mozzarella cheese over the top.
  • Bake until the cheese is gooey and bubbling in the preheated oven, around 25 minutes.
